Sea Shepherd Visits Marina Del Rey

The Sea Shepherd docked at Burton Chase Park in Marina Del Rey on May 14-15, 2016 for FREE educational tours of the vessel. Traveling up to 30 knots this vessel seeks out poachers of exotic and endangered species.

A generous donation from Paul Mitchell allowed Sea Shepherd Organization to purchase the 1991 British vessel. It’s crew of 16 travel the seas as far as the Panama Canal and beyond to search and protect. The first captain was Paul Watson who started the Sea Shepherd.
