Godspeed: The Story of Pages Jones takes us on a journey into the racing dynasty of the Jones family. Parnelli Jones, winner of the 1963 Indy 500 and a legendary figure in the motor sports racing world, paves the way for his sons, Page and PJ, to follow in his footsteps. Then, during one fateful race at Eldora Speedway, young Page Jones suffers a life- threatening traumatic brain injury (TBI.)
GODSPEED chronicles 21 years of Page’s recovery. The Jones Family redefines victory and in doing so, their own legacy. They want the world to know that Page is living proof that with support, quality lives are within reach. Access to long-term rehabilitation is critical.
The impact both financially and socially of TBI on our communities is at epidemic levels. GODSPEED’s examination of what it takes to recover from a brain injury is a conversation long overdue.
